I'm pleased to invite you to click to view CFPA's 41st Annual Conference and Multifaith Service for Peace. The annual Conference for Peace was live on Zoom, and the feedback from attendees has been highly positive for our two outstanding speakers, Maj. Danny Sjursen and Amb. Bonnie Jenkins. It's the second video after you click the link, and lasts just under 90 minutes.
The first video is a recording of the Multifaith Service for Peace, including an excellent sermon by the Rev. Dr. Chloe Breyer, Director of the Interfaith Center in NYC, and superb music. Diverse faith leaders participate in the remainder of the Service. We've heard rave reviews, such as "beautiful" and "inspirational." This video is just 52 minutes--nearly miraculous for so much excellent content!
The Service included an opportunity to contribute toward CFPA's ongoing post-Election peacemaking. However, without being able to "pass the plate" in person due the pandemic, the response to date has been a tiny fraction of our usual average of $1,500. So I especially urge you to click here or below to contribute now.
We didn't know we would have to do this Multifaith Service virtually when we approved our budget in February, so I encourage you to help compensate for the far below anticipated response by giving what you can NOW. For motivation, try visualizing yourself in the Chapel seeing this superb gathering of diverse faith leaders, along with spectacular music, and then having the plate passed in front of you!
