To protect your health, the health of your community, AND to protect your vote, the Coalition for Peace Action strongly recommends voting by postal mail in 2020.
A registered voter in NJ may vote by mail by completing and sending in the application to receive a ballot. Click here to print out the appropriate application for your county. The application includes the mailing address for your County Clerk.
The application must be received by the County Clerk 7 days prior to the election. A voter may also apply in person at the County Clerk office until 3:00 p.m. the day before the election.
Primary election - July 7, 2020 (Vote-by-mail application must be received by June 30.)
To apply for a mail-in ballot, you must first be a registered voter.
The deadline to register to vote is 21 days prior to the election day.
For the July 7 primary election, register to vote by June 16.
