June 2, 2020 -- Thousands of people turned out to Princeton to protest racism and police brutality, following the wake of police in Minneapolis murdering George Floyd. The Coalition for Peace Action co-sponsored the protest, along with Choose, a non-profit created by two Princeton High School alumni to promote racial literacy, and Not In Our Town Princeton. As a pro-peace organization, CFPA recognizes the need to confront the everyday racist violence on our own soil and will continue to work in coalition with other groups in the pursuit of racial justice.
